Before I ask support, what hardware information should I collect? I know my PC has 16GB RAM but I do not remember the CPU or graphics card model.

Get the exact CPU model, exact graphics card model, RAM amount, free storage, Windows version, and whether the required security settings are enabled. That lines up with the hardware requirements.

The page names Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 or better, Nvidia GTX 1060 or AMD RX 580 or better, 8GB minimum RAM, and 500MB free storage. Exact models make comparison easier.

Also include your Windows release and your internet situation if you open a support request. The page lists a stable connection for authentication.

Nothing glamorous about a checklist, but it saves a lot of vague back and forth.
