I saved a screenshot of the Valorant feature list a while ago. Is it reasonable to use that as my reference after a game update?

Use the current Valorant product page instead. A saved screenshot can be useful for remembering what you saw, but it is not current documentation.

Especially if the page tells you to review requirements before proceeding. Old screenshots are context, not a checklist.

Exactly. If something is unclear after an update, use the support page rather than relying on a reply from August.
